custom software for service businesses

Your business already works. Now scale without hiring more people.

Today your operation lives in spreadsheets, in text threads and in a few people's heads — or in a system you have outgrown and nobody dares to touch. I move it into software of your own, built to the exact shape of your company: you get your time back and the business can grow without you having to hire anyone else.

Does any of this sound familiar?

There aren't enough hours.

The business works, and that is exactly why everything goes through you: quotes, decisions, the client who wants to talk "to the owner". Growing, today, would mean working even more.

It's all held together with duct tape.

Excel, text messages, email and a few people's memory. The same data gets entered several times, something always slips through, and there are spreadsheets only a couple of people know how to touch.

You've already invested in systems, and hit the same wall.

An off-the-shelf system that never fit. A custom system that was your edge, but the developer left and now nobody dares to touch it. AI on your own, which does produce things that work but asks for hours, testing and a dedication you don't have.

Everything you have done so far was enough to get you here, but you know it is not enough to take the next step

The spreadsheets, the group chats, your people solving things through sheer effort — or that system you had built years ago — are not a mistake: they are what you put together in order to grow, and they worked. But the tools that brought you here are the same ones putting a ceiling on you now: you have already asked more of them than they can give.

And here is what you may not know:

Custom software stopped being a luxury reserved for big companies.

For decades, a system of your own took an entire team and a fortune. That changed, and most business owners still operate as if it were out of reach. And if you already have a system, rebuilding it today costs a fraction of what it cost the first time.

What does your business look like on the other side?

  • Data gets entered once

In a single place, and everyone who needs it can see it. Nobody types the same thing into three different places again.

  • Your team solves without going through you

The rules of your business live inside the system, not inside your head.

  • You watch the business, not the operation

You stop being the bottleneck of every day-to-day decision.

  • Clear numbers to decide with

Instead of opening your phone to put out fires, you look at the data and choose.

  • You can say yes to more clients

Without adding a salary for each one: you grow by system, not by muscle.

  • You sleep well, because the system is yours

The code, the data and the access keys stay in your name. Nobody holds you hostage.

How I work

Before we start working you will know exactly what you are going to pay, with no surprises. Before building, we define exactly what we are going to do.

Stage 01
4 weeks

I understand your business and design your system

Four weeks working on your current operation, with a working prototype you can navigate from the start. If you already have a system, I do not throw it away: I read its code and its data, keep what you learned with it, and your historical data comes with you. We define what gets built and it goes in writing.

Stage 02
8 weeks

I build in short stages

Eight weeks of development with every integration your operation needs. Every two weeks you get a working delivery your team can use: you validate with your eyes, not with technical documents.

Stage 03
1 year

I stay with you through the whole first year

A year of support included for fixes, small improvements and assistance. The system stays in your name: the code, the data and the access keys are yours. And if you still need support after that first year, we renew it.

the difference that matters

Traditional development

A team of at least 3 people: analyst, designer and developer.

With me

One senior person who did those roles (and a couple more) for over 20 years.

Traditional development

Coordination, meetings and a game of telephone between the roles.

With me

End to end, no middlemen, with AI as leverage.

Traditional development

Every role is a salary, plus the agency margin.

With me

You pay for the work: that is why it comes out faster and better.
